Private Parties - Evening Hire
A refundable Damage Deposit of £200 is required 2 weeks prior to a booking. (Hire is subject to the
discretion of the Public Hall Management Committee.) Organisers, MUST provide 2 persons for Door Duty. The Hall will be inspected for any damage. If the Hall is found to have sustained damage during the hire, the person whose name appears on the Booking Form is responsible for any repairs. Childrens Parties before 6pm. A Damage Deposit is not required but the person who has booked the Hall is responsible for supervision. Should any damage occur the hirer is responsible for any repairs.
